Green Country Rehabiliation is a therapist owned and operated staffing company that provides PT, OT, and ST services. The first office was opened in 2004 in Tulsa, OK and we have since opened offices in Oklahoma City, OK as well as Muskogee, OK. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional patient care in a variety of therapy settings. These settings include but are not limited to home health, school systems, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and hospitals.
